is eligible to become a Publisher?
All applications
are subject to Dream Merchant's approval. Dream Merchants maintains
strict guidelines designed to ensure the quality of our Publisher partnerships.

- Libel

How
do I sign up?
To get started
all you have to do is check that your site(s) complies with our program
policies. Then, when you are ready to join our program, just go to the
Publisher Section Click on the Signup Button. Complete and submit your
application, and check for an email from us to verify your email address.
Once you verify your email address, we'll review your application and
follow up with you via email within 2-3 days. You need to log on to
your Account and Publish one of our ads on your website to get it approved.
How
do I add more sites to my account?
The Ad code
is valid for any page in any site on which you want to display Our ads.
Simply add the code to your page source, and we'll automatically detect
the new site and display ads.
Please note
that there is no need to open additional accounts or to notify us when
you have placed the ad code on a new site.
To place
the script on a new site, please follow the steps below:

the code into the appropriate page on your site
When
do I get paid?
We'll send
your check or payment Thru Pay Pal / Check within approximately 30 days
of the end of the month in which your account balance reaches US$50.
- Paypal
Payments will attract a 10% Processing & Handling Fee.
- Check
Payments will attract a 15% Processing & Handling Fee.
For example,
if you earn $40 in October and $30 in November, we'll send payment to
you by the end of December.
If your
account balance is less than US$50 at the end of the month, we'll roll
your earnings over to the following month, until the payment threshold
is reached.
Please note
that if a publisher's account is found to be in violation of our Terms
and Conditions or policies, we may at any time withhold payment (beginning
from when DM initiates its investigation of potential violations), charge
back the publisher's account, and/or refund advertisers for impression

How
much will I earn through this program?
The ads
you are able to display on your website can be either cost-per-click
(CPC) or cost-per-1000-impressions (CPM) or cost per action (CPA) ads.
This means that advertisers pay either when users click on ads, or when
the advertiser's ad is shown on your site or when a predefined Action
is executed by the visitor e.g Signing up for an offer etc. You'll receive
a portion of the amount paid for any of these activities on your website.

My website
tracking software is registering more impressions than my DM account
-- why is there a discrepancy?
To provide
more accurate information about ad performance, we count impressions
only when the DM JavaScript is executed by a user's browser. Therefore,
the impressions listed in your DM Publisher account may differ from
statistics reported by third parties. For example, DM doesn't count
impressions generated by:
- Other
spiders, robots, crawlers from other search engines
- Browsers
that don't have JavaScript enabled or don't support JavaScript
- Browsers
that don't support the iFrame tag
- Programs
that people may have written to grab website content
What
are CPM / CPC and CPA ads?
CPM stands
for "cost per 1000 impressions", this means revenue
in your account each time a CPM ad is served to your page.
CPC
stands for "cost per click" this means revenue in your
account each time a CPC ad is clicked.
CPA
stands for "cost per action" this means revenue in

The Counter Increments
on Unique Hits Only. The Counter will increment for a
Repeat Visitor only after 24 hours. The counter will Not Increment on
Refreshing the Page or Opening and Closing the Browser.
Where
Can I Promote My Affiliate Link ?
We do not restrict You from
Promoting any where you want too.
Do Not Promote your
Link as an IFRAME / FRAME / Background Script. Your Link has to be promoted
as a full site not as half a screen shared with another site or so on.
Member's Indulging into this will loose their account along with Earnings.
Our promotion page must not be compromised. The site has to be shown
in full.
DO NOT SPAM. (Do
Not Send Unsolicited Mail to Promote. Spam is a Punishable Offense.
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing
(i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroups postings, or any other method of
mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination
of your membership with DM and may result in legal prosecution.
DM strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall
also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities
